This policy explains how Vitality Research LLC, the provider of Domino Junction under the Vitality Driven brand, handles information in connection with the game and related beta participation and support.

Website visits, beta applications and related correspondence are also covered by the Vitality Driven Website Privacy Policy, which identifies the website providers and application retention periods.

Information we process

When you create or join a multiplayer room, we process your chosen display name, room identifier, session credentials and game information. Game information includes tiles, moves, scores, player counts and room activity. We also process connection information needed to receive requests, operate the service and limit abusive traffic. If you apply for testing or contact us, we receive the information you submit, including any contact details, message content and attachments you choose to provide. Avoid sending sensitive personal information that is not needed for your request.

How we use information

We use information to create and manage game rooms, identify a player’s seat, validate moves, display scores and activity, support reconnection, administer beta participation, answer requests and protect the service. We may also use information to investigate technical problems, prevent misuse and comply with applicable legal obligations.

Information visible to other players

Other players in your room can see your display name, the shared board, scores and room activity, including certain draw and turn events. Choose a nickname rather than a full legal name, email address or phone number. Share room codes only with people you intend to invite. A private room code does not prevent an invited person from sharing it or recording information they can see.

Storage on your device

The browser version stores preferences such as domino display mode, table display and tile arrangement in browser storage. Supported mobile versions store room credentials through the device’s secure storage so they can reconnect to a saved seat. You can clear browser storage using your browser controls. Where available, “Forget saved seat” removes the saved mobile session. These actions do not themselves delete information already held by the game server. Device backups and operating-system settings may affect how local information is retained.

Service providers and other disclosures

We use service providers to host and deliver the game and to handle related communications and operational support. They may process information needed to provide those services. We disclose player information to other room participants as described above. We may also disclose information when reasonably necessary to comply with law or valid legal process, investigate misuse, protect people or the service, or complete a business transfer, subject to applicable privacy obligations. This policy does not authorize providers to use player information for unrelated purposes.

How long information is kept

We keep information for the period reasonably needed for the purposes described in this policy. Game rooms are designed to be removed after approximately a day without recorded game changes, subject to the cleanup process running. Active rooms may remain longer. Operational logs, support communications and backup copies can follow different retention schedules. We retain those records only as reasonably needed to operate and secure the service, resolve requests, maintain necessary records or meet legal obligations. Backup copies may remain until overwritten or deleted through the normal backup cycle; deleting a live room does not necessarily remove every backup immediately.

Your choices and requests

You can stop using the game, use a nickname, clear browser storage and remove a supported saved mobile session. To request access, correction or deletion of information we hold about you, email [email protected]. Include enough information for us to identify the relevant record, such as the room code and your display name, but do not email your session token. We may request proportionate verification before acting. We respond as required by applicable law. Some information may need to be retained for legal obligations, security, dispute resolution or other lawful reasons. Deleting information may end access to a room or saved game. Applicable privacy rights are not limited by this policy.

Age and location

The current beta is intended for people in the United States who are at least 13 years old. Participants below the age of legal adulthood must have a parent or legal guardian’s permission under the Terms of Use. The beta is not offered to children under 13. If you believe a child under 13 has provided personal information, contact [email protected] so we can investigate and take appropriate action. This statement does not waive protections required by children’s privacy laws.

Security and policy changes

We use measures intended to protect information, but no system can guarantee complete security. Keep room credentials private and report suspected unauthorized access to support. We may update this policy as the service changes. We will identify the revised version and provide additional notice or obtain consent when required by law.
