When you apply to test Emmaus Way or Domino Junction, we receive your name, email address, device selections, device models (or an indication that the model is unknown), optional operating-system versions, consent to be contacted about testing, and any optional comments. Both application forms ask which devices you would like to test on: iPhone or iPad, or Android devices.
When you email us, we receive your address, message, attachments, and other information you provide. Please do not include passwords, medical records, or sensitive personal information in beta applications.
Our hosting and security providers also process technical information, which may include IP addresses, requested pages, browser and device information, and request times.
For services inquiries, we receive your name, email address, selected interest, brief idea description, and any optional timeline and budget range. Please do not submit confidential details or proprietary code. We use these details to evaluate your inquiry, respond, and discuss a possible scope of work. Submitting an inquiry does not subscribe you to marketing.
HOW WE USE INFORMATION
We use information to review applications, coordinate beta testing, plan device coverage, investigate compatibility issues, respond to requests, provide support, understand website performance, and protect our services.
Submitting a beta application does not automatically enroll you in a newsletter or unrelated marketing.

Applications are delivered to [email protected]. Copies may remain in email systems, delivery records, and provider backups. Our beta application forms do not maintain a separate applicant database.
We may also disclose information when required by law or reasonably necessary to investigate security incidents, prevent fraud, or address legal claims.

ANALYTICS AND COOKIES
Cloudflare Web Analytics helps us understand visits and performance, including referring pages, country, browser, operating system, and device type.
Cloudflare security features may use cookies to protect the website. We do not use application form contents for website analytics.
RETENTION
Our retention policy calls for:
- Deleting support correspondence within 90 days after resolution.
- Keeping accepted beta applications during participation, then deleting them within 90 days after participation ends.
- Deleting declined or withdrawn applications within 90 days after the decision or withdrawal.
We are implementing manual tracking for these deadlines. Legal obligations or ongoing disputes may require longer retention.
Provider logs, deleted-message recovery copies, and backups follow separate retention schedules. Removing information from our active mailbox does not immediately erase every provider-held copy.
Services inquiry correspondence is kept while we assess and discuss the inquiry and, if work proceeds, as needed to manage that relationship and related business records. You may request deletion using the contact address below, subject to applicable legal obligations and ongoing disputes. The services inquiry form does not implement automatic deletion.
YOUR CHOICES
You may withdraw your application, stop beta participation, or request access, correction, or deletion by contacting [email protected].
We may need to verify your request and may retain information where permitted or required by applicable law. Do not send passwords or identity documents with your initial request.
AGE AND AVAILABILITY
The Emmaus Way and Domino Junction beta application programs are intended for U.S. participants aged 13 and older. They are not directed to children under 13.
If you believe a child under 13 has provided personal information, contact us so we can investigate and take appropriate action.
SECURITY AND PROCESSING LOCATIONS
We use HTTPS and security measures intended to protect information. No website or email system can guarantee complete security.
Providers may process information in the United States and other countries where they operate.
