1. PURPOSE AND ELIGIBILITY
Emmaus Way is an explicitly Christ-centered Scripture study resource that connects Bible reading, original-language study, and accounts of Christian faith.
The current beta is intended for people aged 13 and older in the United States. If you are under the age of legal adulthood where you live, a parent or legal guardian must review and agree to these Terms on your behalf.
2. PERMISSION TO USE THE APP
Subject to these Terms and applicable distribution-platform rules, we grant you a limited, nonexclusive, nontransferable license to use Emmaus Way for personal study.
You may not use the app unlawfully, disrupt its operation, bypass security controls, or reproduce or redistribute protected content without a lawful basis.
These restrictions do not override permissions granted by public-domain status, open-source licenses, other content licenses, or applicable law.
3. BETA STATUS
Emmaus Way is under development. Features may change, contain errors, become unavailable, or be discontinued.
The current beta offers guest access and simulated sign-in. It does not provide a functioning online account or guaranteed cloud synchronization.
Keep independent backups of important notes and exported studies. Uninstalling the app, clearing storage, device failure, or development changes may cause data loss.
4. SCRIPTURE AND STUDY MATERIALS
Bible translations, original-language resources, dictionaries, and editorial study materials may differ in wording, interpretation, and accuracy.
Study aids and prepared question responses can contain mistakes. Compare them with the biblical text and other appropriate resources.
Third-party materials remain subject to their respective ownership, attribution requirements, and licenses. We do not claim ownership of public-domain Scripture texts or third-party materials.

5. TESTIMONIES AND REPORTED EXPERIENCES
Testimonies describe experiences reported by speakers or publishing accounts. Unless expressly stated otherwise, reported healings and other outcomes have not been independently verified by Emmaus Way.
Scripture links identify thematic connections. They do not establish that a modern event occurred or validate every interpretation offered by a speaker.
Including a testimony does not imply a partnership, the creator’s endorsement of Emmaus Way, or our endorsement of every statement or broader theological conclusion in the original source.
Testimony content is not medical advice or a guarantee of healing. Do not delay professional care, stop treatment, or change medication because of an account presented through the app.
6. EXTERNAL LINKS
Some features open original posts or other services outside Emmaus Way. Those services may require sign-in, collect information, show advertising, or change or remove content.
Their terms and privacy policies govern your use of those services. A link does not grant permission to copy or redistribute their content.
7. YOUR NOTES AND COMMUNICATIONS
You retain any rights you hold in your original notes and other material you create.
You control whether to share or export your study information. Before sharing, check for private information and third-party content.
Sending us a support message or beta feedback does not grant permission to publish your private correspondence or use your identity in marketing.
8. PRIVACY
Our separate Emmaus Way Privacy Policy explains local storage, network requests, sharing, backups, and deletion limitations.
The Vitality Driven Website Privacy Policy covers website visits, beta applications, and related correspondence.
9. APPLE, GOOGLE, AND OTHER PROVIDERS
Emmaus Way is independently provided by Vitality Research LLC. Apple and Google do not sponsor or endorse Emmaus Way.
Apple, App Store, Google, Google Play, Android, and other third-party names and marks belong to their respective owners.
Applicable app-store, device, and third-party service terms continue to apply. These Terms do not override those terms or any rights you have under applicable law.

10. AVAILABILITY AND RESPONSIBILITY
To the extent permitted by applicable law, the beta is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of uninterrupted operation, error-free content, or fitness for a particular purpose.
To the extent permitted by applicable law, Vitality Research LLC is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of the beta.
Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded or limits mandatory consumer rights.
11. ENDING USE AND CHANGES
You may stop using Emmaus Way at any time. Removing the app does not necessarily delete exported files, device backups, or information held by external services.
We may restrict access where reasonably necessary to address misuse, security risks, legal requirements, or discontinuation of the beta.
We will publish revised Terms with an effective date and provide additional notice or obtain agreement where required by law.
12. CORRECTIONS AND RIGHTS CONCERNS
To report an error, attribution issue, privacy concern, or request to review linked testimony content, email [email protected]. Identify the relevant item and explain your concern.
